A 26-year-old male presents with chronic folliculitis, complaining of widespread itching that frequently changes location. He notes that after scratching, the hair follicles become red, although no burning or additional eruptions are seen. The itching worsens in the evening, when changing clothes, and in warm rooms, but improves in cooler environments.

The patient shares that the itching initially began on his shins and gradually spread across his body. The onset of symptoms occurred 8 months ago while working in Dubai, where he experienced significant emotional stress from a conflict with a coworker. He felt helpless in the situation, unable to leave due to a work project, which triggered a "separation conflict." This emotional distress seemed to manifest physically, with the itching first appearing on his legs, symbolizing his work-related stress.

He also mentioned feeling extremely lonely in Dubai, as he had always lived with his large joint family in India. The patient describes himself as emotional, sensitive, and someone who rarely expresses anger outwardly.

Patient was given Pulsatilla 1M in 100ml liquid potency and within 1.5 months he was relieved from his skin condition.

Thank you.
